Hi, my name is Lisa Shaw and I am the Chair of the Parent, Teacher and Friends Association (PTFA) at Christ Church Primary School. Our aim is to provide a number of facilities to benefit the Children who attend the school and to provide additional equipment etc. to aid in their learning and welfare through fundraising. We meet once a month straight after school, usually the second Tuesday in the month, everyone is welcome. We understand that after school it may be difficult to arrange child care so your children are welcome to join you at the meeting, we usually have squash and biscuits! This is what we have been up to in the past school year;
Fundraising Events
We have organised six events in the past school year, which have be supported greatly by parents and staff. These events were:

Summer Fayre
I am happy to report that the Children in Need Coffee Morning helped raise a total of £429.62, with all proceeds going directly to Children in Need. The other PTFA events raised a fantastic total of £2,591.14 for the PTFA School Fund.
